I’m Oliver, a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft. This is where I write about Microsoft’s AI solutions. Not just how they work, but how they get used at work for maximum impact.

Whether it’s M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Foundry, most posts are born out of a real customer conversation or a deployment.

I care less about what a feature is called and more about how it works, why it works that way, and what breaks when a piece is missing.
